Andrew Griffith
Mr. Griffith has been performing residential and commercial property inspections since 1994 and is one of the most experienced Birmingham AL home inspectors. His experience includes over fifteen thousand property and home inspections. Although he has been certified in new construction by the International Code Council and the State of Alabama, he has performed extensive inspections on older homes including many homes on the historic register.
His extensive experience in Alabama commercial property inspections includes: apartment complexes, condominium complexes, loft buildings, warehouse structures, strip malls, office centers, multi story commercial and residential, retail buildings, restaurant buildings and light industrial buildings.
Mr. Griffith has been EIFS siding inspector certified by American Wall and Ceiling Industries and Building Envelope certified by the Exterior Design Institute. He has extensive experience in inception of exterior siding and moisture inspections.
