How much is a home inspection in Birmingham AL?

Yes. Home inspectors in the state of Alabama are licensed through the state of Alabama Division of Construction Management. To get a home inspector license in the state of Alabama you have to study and pass a national text called the National Home Inspectors Exam. You have to pass an ethics exam as well. You also have to do at least 35 ‘walk around’ style inspections. You must also have at least 120 hours of qualifying education hours as certified by the state of Alabama. You must also do a number of practice reports that get signed off on by a qualified inspector.
